Initial client intake and fitness assessment- I take time to learn about you! Based on the information you provide me, I will formulate the best possible course of action you can take towards your goals.

A customized nutrition plan based on your goals ** MACROS ONLY. Custom nutrition and training plans do not include meal plans, but are dispensed in a macro tracking format. Clients will be expected to use macro tracking apps on their own (FitDay, Macros+, MyFitnessPal, etc.) to create meal plans based off of macro prescriptions.

A customized training plan designed around your fitness experience, your needs and goals ** all training plans are customized around the needs of the client. This includes equipment access and availability, time constraints, exercise knowledge and expertise, etc. Demos are included for all exercises. Home workouts can easily be provided.
